At Italfarmaco Nordics Rare Disease we're proud to raise the red balloon for World Duchenne Awareness Day on September 7th. This day is dedicated to raising awareness about Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), a rare genetic and challenging condition that affects so many lives.

This year, the theme is ‘Raise your voice for Duchenne’, focusing on creating a society that provides equal opportunities for all. With this theme, World Duchenne Awareness Day 2024 emphasizes the importance of amplifying voices to advocate for the rights, inclusion, and well-being of people living with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) and other dystrophinopathies.
